What should be done with the White County Bridge at New Harmony?

	Just close it down and stop throwing good money after bad.
	Raise the tolls to the point the bridge can fund itself.
	Indiana & Illinois need to take control of the bridge, spend money to make it safe, then remove the tolls.
	Indiana & Illinois need to give the Bridge Commission a one time grant or low interest loan to bring things up to date.
	Posey County needs to accept the state's offer of enough money to fix the bridge in return for the county assuming maintainence on certain state highways.
	I don't know.
