Soldier's Body Returns To Terre Haute
(Terre Haute) -- The remains of an Army soldier killed in Afghanistan returned to his hometown yesterday ahead of a Veterans Day funeral.
The body of Sergeant Dale Griffin was met at the Terre Haute International Airport yesterday morning by a line of cars and motorcycles.
Griffin was killed along with six other soldiers in late October by a roadside bomb.
Visitation for Griffin is set for today at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Terre Haute.
His funeral is set for tomorrow at South High School.
