Oregon Dad Accused Of Using Shock Collar On Children
(Salem, OR) -- A 41-year-old Oregon man has been arrested on charges he used a dog shock collar on his children.
Salem Police say Todd Marcum apparently thought it would be funny to chase his kids, all under the age of ten, around the house with the collar.
Marcum was arrested Tuesday and faces four counts of criminal mistreatment.
The children are now with their mother and the Department of Human Services has been alerted.
