Tochigi City has a decade long relationship with Evansville. Delegates from the Japanese city are in town, and they were treated to a  busy weekend of festivities.
One of the events was a special concert at the University Of Evansville. The orchestra preformed 11 songs, including 2 for the encore. 60 musicians from Japan were in Evansville for the first time, traveling with officials from Tochigi. Mayor Jonathan Weinzapfel was in attendance, along with UE president Stephen Jennings.
