Susan Frye crashed her car into a tractor just off Schnellville Road in Dubois County Monday morning. Shes been in the hospital since. Shes hoping to find the person her found her and call 9-1-1. Two broken legs, a round of dialysis and 24 hour care from nurses. Thats what Susan Frye is facing. Its all thanks to a car accident around 8:30 Monday morning. "I dont know if I was taking a glass of tea or setting a glass of tea down, but alls I remember is hitting real hard and bouncing a bit." Frye had run off the run about 65 feet and hit a tractor head on. She was stranded. "The horn would work I coulndt reach my cell phone so I was hollering out the window for passerbys to get someones atteniton but nobody would stop." She thats until one person noticed the car. "I seen this one white truck and I hollered." Frye credits that person for saving her life. She says the accident was so bad it could have killed her. "I do dialysis and the graph is in my left leg its right here he said if I had come up closer it would have cut the graph and I would have bled to death." Thats the good news and she wants to thank the person she credits it to. "There aint too many people out there left like that anymore and I just thank god there is." Even though she doesnt know who it is. Frye says shell be in the hospital for a week and may have to go to a 24 hour rehabilitation center.
