Plan Discussed To Ban Drive-Through Restaurants In Madison
(Madison, WI) -- A plan to ban drive-thru restaurants could be on the legislative menu for Madison, Wisconsin.
Madison Plan Commission member Eric Sundquist is behind the idea, claiming it it would reduce the number of businesses where cars sit and idle for several minutes.
Sundquist says Madison should either restrict or ban drive-thrus in the city.
Some cities in Canada have already put similar drive-thru bans in place.
