Rally's Restaurant Robbery

A man robs a Rallys restaurant on Virginia Street, in Evansville, and gets away with $1,500.
Reports say the suspect approached an employee taking out the trash around 4:30 Saturday morning.
He showed a handgun and made his way into the restaurant.
Thats when the suspect demanded cash from the safe and forced employees into the walk- in cooler.
According to a police report, the suspect was a black man wearing a mask.
No employees were hurt.
