Evansville Mother Arrested

GISH2007-05-17-1179447919.jpgAn Evansville mother is under arrest after police say they got a tip from school officials that when she picked up her kids she appeared to be under the influence. Police caught up with Vicki Gish as she left Shoe Carnival on Evansvilles east side. Police say Gish failed several sobriety tests and admitted to police that she had taken several different kinds of prescription pills earlier in the day. Police say her son and her step-son were in the vehicle. On the way to the police station Gish told police that she had told her kids to wake her up if she fell asleep at the wheel. She faces a long list of charges .
