A lawsuit has been filed in connection with an unusual accident that killed the former director of the Posey County Red Cross more than a year ago.
The estate of Connie Gibbs has filed suit against Vinnies Auto Detail, the driver, Bryant Grigsby, and several others.
Police say in February 2006, Gibbs slipped on ice and fell in the parking lot of Expressway Autoworld in Mt. Vernon.
Grigsby apparently didnt see her and struck her with his car.
Several news organizations, including FOX 7, have had copies of their news coverage subpoenaed for the case.
