Evansville police arrested a man for reckless driving and possession of marijuana. Police say around midnight on Friday they noticed Freedie Reed speeding down Riverside Drive in a vehicle that was reported stolen.
Police caught up with Reed on South Grand St. That's when they noticed smoke coming from the bottom of the car.
They asked Reed to open the hood of the car. Inside they found a sock filled with a large clear plastic bag of marijuana.
The car however was not stolen but Reed and two other men involved in the incident were arrested.
