Investigators in daviess county kentucky are battling a language barrier as they try to track down a killer. A 34 year old man was dropped off at the emergency room in Owensboro early Monday morning with a single stab wound to his stomach. He was pronounced dead a short time later. There are no suspects and no witnesses right now. So far everyone the sheriffs department has interviewed has required the use of an interpreter. The victim has been identified as 34 year old Jeremias Roblero. He had been living in this small trailer community in the far southern coroner of southern Daviess county. Investigators say a local famrer uses the trailers to board migrant workers. They have traced a 911 call to this location from around midnight Sunday night. But the on-duty operator was unable to translate the call. Then a short time later Roblero showed up at the Owensboro Medical Health Systems emergency room suffering from a single stab wound to his abdomen. Thats when investigators started trying to piece the clues together. Investigators say there were several people with the victim when the attack happened, but so far, they have not been able to determine if of them witnessed the stabbing.
