Dump Truck Chase

Evansville police went on an unusual chase Monday afternoon.
Officers chased a stolen dump truck.
They say Timothy Hess, 29, stole the truck from an Indianapolis body shop, then apparently went on a joyride that ended in Evansville.
Officers say Hess had to be tasered during his arrest, but luckily no one was hurt in the chase. Officer Steve Green says, "It could have ended up a lot worse with that 25,000 pound vehicle driving recklessly. he could have run over a car, a kid, or anybody."
Hess is being charged with reckless driving and resisting officers.
