Owens Lawsuit

The family of a 16 year old who died on the Henderson football practice field has filed another lawsuit.
The parents of Ryan Owens are now suing Dr. John Jenkins along with unnamed medical personnel at Methodist Hospital.
The suit says these people are responsible for gross negligence in regard to their sons death.
Earlier this year they filed lawsuits against Henderson county schools, including the football coaches, superintendent, the Kentucky High School Athletic Association and school board.
Last month the school board was dismissed from the lawsuit.
Owens died during practice July 19th.
