Traffic is moving smoother Thursday night after crews reopened both of the lanes on the southbound bridge. Earlier this morning traffic was backed up and bumper to bumper as construction continues. Kentucky State Police blame todays back-ups on increased traffic from a car show at roberts stadium. Transportation crews say the Southbound traffic will go back to one lane Friday morning at 8:30 until mid-afternoon.
