Fire in Fort Branch

Fire rips through an abandoned building in Gibson county.
It started around two oclock Tuesday afternoon in the old Emge meat packing plant in Fort Branch.
It took firefighters close to two hours to get it under control.
At one point, smoke billowed hundreds of feet in the air.
Crews from more than 15 departments across the area were called in to help.
No major injuries were reported, although some firefighters did suffer from heat exhaustion.
Investigators are still looking into the cause of the fire.
