An Evansville police officer accused of stealing money from a drug dealer says- he did it.
Gerald Rainey pleaded guilty to one count of theft. He was arrested earlier this year he helped bust a drug dealer -- but when they got back to the station -- some of the money was missing. Investigators say they later found the money in Raineys car. Rainey has resigned from the force.
He will be sentenced next month
