Thornton's Robbery

Police are searching for a man who robbed a west side Thorntons gas station early this morning. Seen in surveillance video, the suspect entered the store on Rosenberger Avenue shortly before 2:30 He reportedly implied he had a weapon, demanded money and left the store with an undisclosed amount of cash. The suspect is described as a white man between 25 and 30 years old, 55, and weighs about 200 pounds. He has brown hair, a mustache, and was wearing a black t-shirt, and baggy gray shorts. He may be driving a gold Mercury Sable with Vanderburgh County plates. Police urge anyone with information about this case to contact them
