A 13-year-old girl is still in the hospital in louisville today after her legs were severed at the ankle by an amusement park ride.
Friday investigators climbed the track of the "Superman Tower of Power" at Six Flags Kentucky Kingdom to get a closer look.
The accident happened Thursday afternoon.
The ride lifts passengers 177 feet straight up, then drops them down 154 feet.
Park officials closed the ride indefinitely. The rest of the park remains open.
Three similar rides built by the manufacturer intamin will be closed at other parks for a full inspection.
