
An Evansville man admits he was high when his car struck and killed a 16-year-old riding on a mo-ped.
The incident occurred July 3rd of last year the east side.
Sarah Robertson died in the accident.
She was on her way to work at Weinbach's cafeteria when she was hit. Lenoard Martin has agreed to a plea bargain in the case.
He will plead guilty to operating a motor vehicle and causing a death while under the influence of drugs. In return he will serve a 4-year prison sentence.
A judge will decide in July whether to accept the deal.
