By: Jaimie Weiss
Updated: July 3, 2007
Kindergate Developmental Child Care Center is celebrating its grand opening today. With a ribbon cutting ceremony and a parade Kindergate Child Care Center opened its doors. The facility opened back in April but today was a chance to give parents and the public an opportunity to tour the new facility and learn about Kindergates programs. Owner Scott Ashenbremer says that having a place for child care in the downtown area is a needed luxury "Weve seen this facility before and could not believe that this center was set empty especially knowing that there is a need for child care in the downtown Evansville area," says Ashenbremer Ashenbremer says he would like to do further modifications like adding a outside playground equipment.
