Anti-Smoking-Contest Indiana To Give Prizes To Former Smokers Following Test (Indianapolis) -- The state of Indianas anti-smoking agency is planning to give away thousands of dollars and other prizes to former smokers who submit to a test to make sure they arent lying. Indiana Tobacco Prevention & Cessation officials say the "QUIT 2 WIN" contest will award 25-hundred dollars to a randomly selected winner who agrees to be tested by blood, urine or breath analysis. Other prizes are expected to be announced soon. Would-be former smokers can register for the contest between now and September 5th.
