Six people were injured in Daviess county after a semi sideswiped a state police car during a traffic stop.
Indiana state police say it happened around 4 Tuesday afternoon on U.S. 50 west of Maysville road.
Troopers say while they had a car pulled over 67 year old - semi truck driver James Roberson of Wheatland hit the patrol car and the other vehicle. The driver and their four passengers got hurt.
The state trooper was sent to the hospital too.
He was treated and released.
Roberson was cited for failing to yield the right of way.
Both vehicles were totaled.
