Local Water Man Arrested

The man in charge of the German Township Water Department is in some hot water.
Evansville police arrested Thomas Gress early Wednesday morning for drinking and driving and also- driving on a suspended license.
Police say they noticed a suspicious truck parked in an alley on Cass avenue with its headlights on.
When the officers approached the truck - they could smell alcohol on gresss breath.
Police say Gresses passenger was a well known prostitute in the area.
Though, neither he or the passenger were charged with prostitution.
