Pitbull Left for Dead

Somebody abandoned a dog in the shed of a vacant home... and it nearly starved to death.
The homes new owners found this pitbull and turned him into animal control.
They named him Jon and say the dog is half the weight of a healthy pitbull.
He was found in the back of this shed.
They dont know how long he was in there but say it will take a lot to get him back to good health.
Animal Control does not want to release the address of the home to protect the new owners but they do want to find out who did this.
