Hopkins County Fatal Accident

A four year old girl is out of the hospital after she, her mother and her baby brother got hit by a runaway tractor in their own front yard.
25 year old Christy Caraway and her ten month old son Landon did not survive the accident in Hopkins county Monday afternoon.
Police say Christy, Landon and her four year old daughter Alexis - who neighbors say just celebrated her birthday last week - were run over by a tractor while playing on that swing.
They say the construction worker was in the yard across the street.
Thats when police say the tractor came unhinged from the trailer when through Caraways front yard hitting the mother and her kids.
Police say a paving crew was using the tractor.
No one was inside the vehicle and police say it wasnt even directly across from the family.
Police say four year old Alexis was treated and released.
They say theres still a lot of unanswered questions.
