Fatal Accident in Kentucky

A Salem Kentucky man is dead following an accident in Muhlenberg County. Police say Bonnie Miller was driving a dump truck, loaded with gravel eastbound on the Western Kentucky Parkway when witnesses say his passenger side tire blew out. Miller lost control of his vehicle and overturned. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Police say Miller was not wearing a seatbelt. Pictures courtesy of Henry Anderson.
