Police Say High School Volunteers Stole From Indiana State Fair Dairy Bar (Indianapolis) -- Police say today that high school volunteers stole from the Indiana State Fair Dairy Bar yesterday. Thieves hit one of the cash cows at the fair, taking more than one-thousand-five-hundred dollars from the location. State Police say it was an inside job where some high school volunteers were milking the Dairy Bar for all it's worth. Police say that last Sunday, volunteers from Lincoln High School football team in Wayne County were working the bar, scooping ice cream pouring shakes and filling orders when the workers pocketed some fo the proceeds.
