Hundreds of Tri-Staters are resting this evening after taking on a triathalon. The YMCA held the second annual Spirit, Mind and Body Sprint Triathalon. The event sponsored by the Bank of Evansville took place at the Bluegrass Campground area in Elberfeld. About 400 athletes ran, biked and swam in the event. YMCA says its important to this area because the closest triathalon before this was in terre haute. Two of FOX 7s own - Nichole Berlie and producer Christy Porter participated in todays race. They say they both finished in about two hours and 30 minutes. Both have been training very hard and our congratualations go out to both of them.
