Burn Ban - Daviess County

Daviess County Kentucky will be enforcing a burn ban until further notice.
No one should light or have an open fire at any location within Daviess county.
Officials say the lack of rain and continued high temperatures is increasing the threat of brush fires.
The ban went into effect Monday and will remain so.. until sufficient rainfall occurs.
Any violators would pay a fine of fifty dollars up to 500 dollars.
