Priest Accused of Sexual Abuse

Catholic parishioners are reeling after learning a Dubois County priest molested young boys for decades.
On Sunday, members of Holy Family Church in Jasper were told Monsignor Othmar Schroeder sexually abused young boys.
Schroeder was a founding father at Holy Family and served there until he was transferred to Sacred Heart Church in the 70s.
Schroeder died in 1988.
Steps are being taken to remove Schroeders pictures from Holy Family Church.
No word on whether theyll also be removed from Sacred Heart.
The Diocese is not saying why they chose to release this information almost two decades after the Schroeders death.
