Kiplinger Trial Moved

The trial for a Tell City man charged with murder will not take place in Perry County. A Perry County judge will hear the trial of Kyle Kiplinger in Crawford County. The courts say they could not seat enough jurors. Kiplinger is accused of killing Bobbi Jo Braunecker. Her body was found near the Ohio River in Perry County last August. Police say Kiplinger and Darrick OBrien apparently picked Braunecker up last year and when one of them tried to have sex with her, she resisted. It is believed that is when they killed her. OBrien has already pleaded guilty in the case.
