The brush fire in Ohio County is contained, but still burning on Wednesday. Kentucky Forestry Division officials say it is burning within containment lines and now theyre relying on rain to get the fire out completely. They believe a total of 1100 to 1200 acres have burned. This blaze is the third in three weeks. Forestry officials say this fire is in the same spot as last weeks. They say there are six separate burn sites, which makes them think this was arson.
