St. George Street in Evansville -- Open

Mayor Jonathan Weinzapfel is showing off his work fixing Evansvilles streets. THursday the mayor reopened St. George road. The city has spent more than 21 million dollars paving or repairing streets since 2004. The St. George road project included new paving, new storm sewers and a new railroad crossing at the price of 600 thousand dollars. Two more road projects at Morgan and Green river are set to begin in 2008.
