Evansville police are searching for a man who allegedly tried to set a woman on fire.
Police say 19 year old Phillip Dill poured gasoline on Cynthia Campbell and her porch and then threw down a lit cigarette.
Campbell called police to her apartment at 1139 Maryland Street around 12:30 Thursday morning.
Officers say they found evidence that Dill attempted several times to light a fire in a vacant apartment directly beneath the woman's.
That includes a molotov cocktail.
There were five other people inside her apartment at the time, but no injuries are reported.
If you have information on Dill's whereabouts, you're asked to call Evansville police.
Currently he faces charges of attempted murder and arson.
