The Evansville EPA and Vanderburgh County health officials have issued a particulate alert and ozone alert for Monday and Tuesday.
That means there are micro-particles in the air possibly large enough to get deep in the lungs where they cant easily be expelled. They can lead to breathing problems or even heart attacks.
If you have breathing problems- its a good idea to stay indoors until the alert has been lifted.
Blogger Mary Biever shares her journey and recovery after having a heart attack in December 2012. To learn more about Mary click here: http://www.marybiever.com/...
