The Indiana Department of Workforce Development sees nursing as the biggest growth sector of the state's job market over the next several years. The Department is posting research on it's web site about anticipated developments in various regions of the Hoosier State between now and 2012. For southwest Indiana, nursing is followed by teaching, truck driving, operations management and accounting as areas of growth.
