Kentucky Man Sentenced for Fetal Homicide

The first man in Kentucky to be charged with a fetal homicide has been sentenced to 5 years in jail. Back in June, 30 year old Kevin Williams admitted hes responsible for the death of his girlfriends first-trimester fetus. Police arrested him in December 2006 following an argument between his girlfriend and him. Police say Willams became violent and reportedly struck his pregnant girlfriends abdomen and kicked her stomach. This would have been their second child together.
