Its known for its rollercoasters and water rides, but it appears monkeys are now taking over Holiday World and Splashin Safari. Its all part of the amusement parks newest attraction, Kima Bay. The word Kima is Swahili for monkey so the 1,200 guests who can fit on the new attraction will be accompanied by a monkey theme. Standing 43 feet tall Kima Bay features 7 new water slides, water jets and a 1,200 gallon bucket. The park attracted a record number of guests last year. But to keep visitors happy, they must keep expanding, with a place like Kima Bay. It costs Holiday World one point seven million dollars to build Kima Bay. The parks total budget for 2008 is six million dollars but they havent announced what else they may build.
