Fatal Accident

An auto accident in Daviess County, Kentucky claims the life of an Owensboro man. State police say 27-year old James Dant was traveling on Clark Road near Hobbs Road when for unknown reasons, he lost control of his pickup truck. The vehicle went down a six foot deep ditch then struck a tree, crushing the drivers side of the truck Dant was pronounced dead at the scene. The crash is under investigation by Kentucky State Police.
