Insult to injury is what the widow of a man killed drunk driver is dealing with tonight.
She says a road-side memorial made for her husband has been stolen.
Jennifer Mabry replaced the stolen cross bearing her husbands name today.
She believes the cross was taken sometime Friday night, and that it was intentional.
Mabry thinks it may have something to do with Jeffrey Wagner being sent to prison just a couple of weeks ago.
Wagner pleaded guilty to driving under the influence January 26th, the night he crashed into Stacey Mabrys vehicle, killing him.
