Burn Ban for Kentucky

Outdoor burning in kentucky is illegal -- at least for now. Governor Ernie Fletcher has signed a state of emergency banning outdoor fires across the state.. due to drought conditions. The only exception will be campfires in state parks -- and only when campers use a fire ring and have a water source close by.
