Murder-Suicide In Jasper

Jasper Police believe a woman shot her husband before turning the gun on herself.
Officers were called to a home on Bern Strasse just before six oclock Monday night.
They found 58 year old Timothy Ellingsworth and his 44 year old wife Sandra dead from gunshot wounds.
They now believe Sandra shot Timothy, then took her own life.
Neighbors of the Ellingsworth couple were shocked to hear the news.
They describe Sandra as a kind and caring person.
Police are still investigating the case and looking for a possible motive.
They expect to release more details in the next few days.
