Child Abduction Attempt at Evansville School

An alleged child abductor is on the loose tonight. The Evansville Vandergrugh School Corporation says Wednesday morning a student walking to Mcgary middle school on Covert avenue says a man attempted to lure him to his vehicle. The man was described as large-build, of hispanic descent, with a thick black mustache. The vehicle was described as a black Ford pick-up truck, with license plate number 8-7-C-6-3-7-3. Anyone with information should call police.
