Free Diabetes Screening

One in every two adults is at risk for developing diabetes. Diabetes is an extremely serious disease that can lead to blindness, heart attack, stroke, kidney failure, and amputation. Diabetes is often a silent disease because many people with elevated blood sugars have no symptoms that would alert them to seek medical attention. By the time diabetes is diagnosed, damage to the arteries, eyes, nerves, and kidneys may have been occurring for years.
