Ground Breaking On Affordable Homes

More affordable housing is on its way to Evansville. Mayor Jonathan Weinzapfel joined members of the Memorial Baptist Church to break ground for the 2nd phase of the Memorial Townhomes on the 1900 block of South Garvin Street. When its done, there will be 13 new units for low income families. The first phase of the Memorial Townhomes on the 400 block of Walnut Street is complete. This phase should be done in the spring.
