Service men also attended several other special events in the Tri-State. Including one this afternoon at Locust Hill Cemetery. This Evansville cemetery is the resting place of the first American killed in World War One, Evansville native James Bethal Gresham. The speaker at the ceremony says it's very important to remember those who gave their lives for the country and not to forget those who are serving right now in Iraq. Veterans also attended a ceremony at the Oak Hill Cemetery.
