The dispute over prayers in the Indiana General Assembly is not over.
The American Civil Liberties Union says it plans to appeal a court of appeals decision handed down last month.
That decision overturned a federal judges ruling that said the House of Representatives could open with prayer, but those prayers could specifically mention "Jesus" or "Christ."
No word yet on if another court will hear the case.
