A LANDMARK RESTAURANT KNOWN FOR ITS GOOD FOOD IS BACK IN BUSINESS. DICK CLARKS RESTAURANT IN PRINCETON OPENED ITS DOORS THIS MORNING FOR ITS FIRST LUNCH CROWD SINCE JULY. A FIRE DESTROYED THE RESTAURANT THIS SUMMER AFTER INVESTIGATORS SAY A GRIDDLE WAS LEFT ON. MANY WHO GREW UP EATING AT THE RESTAURANT SHOWED UP TODAY TO LEND THEIR SUPPORT. BEFORE IT BURNED THE ORIGINAL DICK CLARK BUILDING WAS MORE THAN 60 YEARS OLD.
