A plea deal may be in the works in a Gibson County animal neglect case.
The attorney for Richard Stallings says prosecutors have offered his client a deal -- but he is not saying what the deal is.

Stallings faces eight felony and 42 misdemeanor counts.
Investigators say they found numerous horses on his farm that were not being cared for properly.
