A Patoka Township Trustee bonded out of jail Tuesday night. Police arrested him for stealing thousands of dollars from the Princeton Fire Department.
Indiana State Police say Neal Moody allegedly turned himself in Tuesday afternoon.
Last month an investigation revealed that between January and July, Moody allegedly issued himself 43 checks totaling more than $10,000.
Moody is not only the Patoka Township Trustee, but also the president of the Princeton Fire Department. He is facing theft charges.
